My famous chocolate biscuit cake

Hey guys! Today I am going to be sharing my chocolate biscuit cake recipe with you. I hope you all like it and if you do decide to make it please share pictures of it with me and comment your thoughts on it! This is a really simple and easy recipe that anyone can use.

First you will need the following ingredients:
3 milk chocolate bars (330g)
1 white chocolate bar
2 Mars bars
Handful of maltesers
60g butter
Half a packet of digestives (around 12)
Handful of mini marshmallows
A splash of milk if needed

  1. Firstly, get a saucepan and a large heatproof bowl, you will need to put boiling water into the saucepan and put it on a medium heat. Melt about 30g of butter in the bowl and then add 2 of the bars of milk chocolate (220g) and 2 of the Mars bars.
  2. While the chocolate is melting, break the digestive biscuits into a large bowl with the maltesers and marshmallows. Remember, if the chocolate goes a bit lumpy you can add milk to it only a splash at a time and keep it on the heat
so it does not go lumpy!
  3. When  the chocolate is melted add it straight to the biscuit mixture and make sure it is all combined together.
  4. Put the mixture into a circle cake tin, the size of the tin should be around the size of a small circle plate, and put the mixture into the fridge to cool for about 40 minutes.
  5. Then melt the rest of the butter and add the last milk chocolate bar. When the mixture is done cooling take it out of the fridge and cover it with the layer of milk chocolate and put back in the fridge for a further 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the White chocolate in a bowl in the microwave for 1 minute, and then put it back in for 20 seconds at a time and keep stirring it. When the mixture is done cooling take it out of the fridge and drizzle the White chocolate over the top and put it back in the fridge until it is gone cold and firm.
  7. Then enjoy the chocolate biscuit cake with a cup of tea!!
